I had a run of guests last year in my property who left the air-conditioning on permanently whether they were in the villa or not. Half way through the summer season I had airconomy fitted and saw an immediate return on investment as my next electricity bill was less than half the previous one (with similar occupation of my villa). Paul was also very helpful (and patient) with fitting the airconomy unit as he had to work to tight schedules around guests leaving and arriving at my villa. I would thoroughly recommend airconomy to anyone who rents their apartment or villa.

It is worth every penny and I recouped the installation cost within about 6 weeks. I can now lower my rental rates to get more bookings and still make more money. Many thanks for supplying and fitting air-con-omy system last week. My agent told me last month that when my guests left on the Monday morning the air conditioning had been left running (all 5 units!) until the cleaners arrived on the Saturday. I’m dreading the next electric bill but I feel happy now knowing that can’t happen again. When I take delivery of the apartment in Ayia Napa I will call you again before anyone rents it.
