Terms and Conditions

Definition:

  • "The customer" means any customers of air-con-omy.com
  • "The company" means air-con-omy.com
  • "The contract" means any contract for the sale of good between the company and the customer

Title:

  • Titles to all goods remains with the company until all the money's payable within the terms of the invoice have been paid in full.
  • The company reserves the right to repossess all unpaid merchandise without the necessity of any legal actions.
  • Any invoice discrepancies must be reported within seven days of the invoice or the invoice will become binding without change.
  • The purchaser/acting agent is responsible for the inspection of all goods upon receipt and notifying the company of any problems within two working days.

Product listing:

  • All prices products and specifications are subject to change without notice. Reasonable efforts have been made to compile the product listing as completely and accurately as possible, but there maybe typographical mistakes or errors in content. The company does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained on this website.
  • Delivery, supply and installation are included in the prices shown. Quantities may become limited and are available while stocks last.
  • The company cannot be held responsible for product being out of stock or delays in delivery. Every effort will be made to advise the customer of any delays as soon as possible.

Warranties:

All air-con-omy units are complete with a lifetime parts only warranty.

  1. ) The warranty will be void if the customer has in anyway altered the settings/operation or incorrectly used the supplied goods. Examination and results are at the discretion of the company. The company's decision is final.
  2. ) The company can not be held responsible if the failure of the parts is caused by :
    • a) Electrical supply
    • b) Outside forces, storms, floods, power failure and fire / smoke damage.
  3. ) The company only stands by the manufacturers warranty relating to parts. Where the manufacturer finds a parts failure by other means than the said part being faulty, these costs will be forwarded to the customer.
  4. ) No liability is assumed by the company for damage or injury to any persons / animals resulting from the use of the products supplied.

General:

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Orders cancelled may incur a charge. All goods are sold subject to our standard conditions of sale.
